Reciprocity is the right to carry a
concealed weapon in other states which recognize
and allows Kentucky citizens that use a concealed carry permit to use that
permit in their state. This is the map from the KSP which shows where you
may carry in other states. This map was current in early 2008.
Know reciprocity and
concealed carry and self
defense laws
when you go to another state and especially know when where how and under what
conditions you can use deadly force in self defense. In order to obtain your Concealed Carry Deadly
Weapons permit in Kentucky you must take a class of instruction from a
concealed carry instructor and file the
Kentucky Concealed Carry permit application.
The concealed carry manual and powerpoint can be downloaded just as all of the other law manuals that our office offers on Divorce,
Bankruptcy, Lemon Auto and Personal Injury Cases. Our main website
is
bankruptcy-divorce.com for all of your legal information.
