Our Kentucky Concealed Carry Class is the class to obtain your CCDW license in Kentucky which is taught by a licensed attorney who has tried kidnapping, assault and murder cases as a prosecutor and a defense attorney up through appeal before the 6th Circuit.   In order to obtain your Concealed Carry Deadly Weapons permit in Kentucky you must take a Concealed Carry Class from a licensed concealed carry  instructor and file the Kentucky Concealed Carry permit application.  Concealed Carry Class includes basic firearms instruction on a range and a short section on the Kentucky law  on Justifiable Homicide and the law on Concealed Carry.  

Our Self Defense law class is not required to obtain or maintain a Kentucky Concealed Carry permit.  The Self Defense law class teaches the civil and criminal liability and when, where, how and why deadly force can be used by a citizen or officer in a self defense situation.  It is given in addition to the instruction on the law given in the basic concealed carry class to obtain your permit. 

You may have a permit but if you don't know when, where, how and why you can use a weapon then you may survive the street battle but not the battle in court after you have been arrested or sued.  Self Defense  law is on audio CD or mp3 download together with a manual on the law can be purchased with membership to the members area.
