The self defense section contains educational material on the legal use of deadly force in self defense.  Our Self Defense and Justifiable Homicide materials are not a part of the basic CCDW permit class and are not required to obtain the CCDW license.  Instead it is a follow up training manual, audio and/or class to further your education.  The self defense section contains the manual, audio and web pages covering the criminal and civil liability when you take on the responsibility of carrying a concealed deadly weapon for self defense in Kentucky.
