Here are the top 10 stupid things to do:

 1.       Firing a Warning Shot (That shot went somewhere in the direction of an innocent bystander)

2.       Attempting to Arrest a Felon (Places you in danger and possible criminal or civil liability)

3.       Pursuit of a Felon (Places you in danger)

4.       Firing at the escaping Felon at or from a moving vehicle (Unlikely to be effective and the shot went somewhere in the direction of an innocent bystander)

5.       Tampering or “Improving” the Evidence such as using a drop gun or dragging a body inside the house from outside ( You end up committing a felony)

6.       Clearing a house or home (Needlessly places you in danger)

7.       Intimidation of others (never do that to others)

8.       Failure to use cover or concealment (Places you in danger)

9.       Giving up the advantage of a concealed weapon or control of the weapon (Places you at risk on the street)

10.   Alter the firearm’s safety devices or using reloaded ammunition. (Places you at risk in Court)

For various reasons you should keep always carry your weapon concealed.  This allows you access to the weapon and keeps the weapon under your control where it cannot be stolen or misused.  Otherwise it should be locked away from others being able to obtain it.
