There are many reasons to carry any deadly weapon
concealed.

wanton endangerment, or attempted assault.
For various reasons you should keep always carry
your weapon concealed. This allows you access to the weapon and keeps the
weapon under your control where it cannot be stolen or misused. Otherwise
it should be locked away from others being able to obtain it.
